Once a Returns Authorisation number (RA#) has been issued, return your garment to – (state address).
The returns authorisation number should be stated clearly on the package and a return address should be provided

Shipping
All postal orders received prior to 2:00 pm (AEDT) will be despatched same day (except on weekends and public holidays). Orders received after 2pm (AEDT), will be sent out next business day.
Orders should be delivered within 5-7 business days.
How Do I Track My Delivery?
Log into your customer profile, tracking details will appear on the right hand side of the screen, generally beginning with PZ. All deliveries are sent with Startrack. Enter your tracking details and an update will be provided – https://startrack.com.au/track/search
