Returns or exchanges on eligible products are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
Please contact [email protected] or 1300 (9510 7351) to attain a Return Authorisation (RA#) number. A copy of your purchase receipt should be attached to the email.
An exchange or refund will be issued providing:
- Garment is in new, unworn condition with tags attached and in the same state you received your order.
- Copy of receipt is shown.
- Product is returned within 14 days of return authorisation being issued.
We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged products.
We do not accept returns on custom-made products, sale merchandise or products that are specified as non-returnable. Embroidered garments cannot be returned for a refund.
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the item/s returned is/are faulty.
